What are the delivery charges? (Local delivery in Philippines)
Delivery fee may vary per location for orders less than P3500.
What is the mode of delivery?
All item(s) will be delivered via Ninja Van.
When will I receive my order?
The earliest delivery is next working day, sometimes orders may take up to 3 working days to be delivered (For instance, orders placed on Friday night or Saturday will be delivered on the following Tuesday).
Please ensure that your delivery address is deliverable. For orders made during peak seasons such as 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, Black Friday, Christmas or Chinese New Year, delivery may be delayed to up to 5 working days.
How do I track status of my delivery?
You can do so by logging into your Account’s Order page. The ‘Processing’ status indicates that your order is already in queue for packing. 'Shipped' status indicates that your item(s) is out for delivery.
I would like to change my shipping address/contact number.
If you have not placed an order: Please login, and click on ''My Account' followed by 'Address Book'.
If you have placed an order: Please notify us via email immediately stating your order number and the intended new address. Our Customer Service personnel will get back to you within one full working day.
*Please note that changes in shipping address details after submission of order may incur administrative charge, additional order processing time and delay in delivery.
I will not be home during the delivery.
Please arrange an authorized person to receive your items on your behalf.
