Take 1 heaping tablespoon (approximately 10gm) in a glass of water 2-4 times daily before meals. LAC Premium Red Beet Crystals can also be added for fruit juices, milk products, cereals, or taken dry, straight from the spoon.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place after opening. Replace the cap tightly after use to prevent moisture absorption. Moisture may cause the crystals to harden & ‘cake’. However, this is no way diminishes the efficacy of this product.
